Chapter Meetings
Our chapter holds a monthly meeting open to the public.
The Chapter Meetings feature renowned panelists and experts who educate about a specific area and participate in a panel discussion.
We also have in-person events, trips to leading institutions fighting climate change, volunteer activities, and social events.
These are great opportunities to make new friends and network with others passionate about fighting climate change.

Join a Committee
Sign up for one of our existing committees or even start one that interests you and wer will help facilitate!
The ElectrifyNYC! Committee is a campaign to eliminate our use of fossil fuels by electrifying our homes and transportation while securing renewable electricity with the help of generous federal, state and utility incentives.
The Advocacy Committee is a lobbying campaign that advocates at the government level where we have the most leverage (federal, state or local) and on legislation where the members have the most interest.
We also partner with CRETF to advocate for climate education.
Climate Reality Training
Make a difference by joining the Climate Reality Leadership Corps, a global community of leaders working to solve the climate crisis and build a just and healthy future for the Earth. This is a great opportunity to learn how to educate and advocate for climate action and build your network of climate activists.
Start by attending the Climate Reality Leadership Corps training in NYC from April 12-14, 2024 with former US Vice President Al Gore and a team of thought leaders, activists, and scientists.
Help Lead the Chapter
Our Chapter is completely volunteer-led, which means we need your help to keep organizing and facilitating action.
From helping to spread the word on social media or organizing events our Leadership Team consistently needs help in monthly operations.

Climate Reality has its own community platform called the Reality Hub where you can stay in touch with your chapter, download resources, start or participate in discussions and can make new connections with other activists all over the world.
All Climate Reality Project chapter members can join the Reality Hub. If you aren’t on the Reality Hub, write an email to support@climatereality.com and a staff member will help you out!

Join our Next Event
Our chapter holds a monthly meeting open to the public, this event usually includes panelists made up of local activists who talk about what they’re working on or experts who educate about a specific area. This is a great way to learn more about what’s going on in the city, and the meeting is also an opportunity to meet others taking similar action on climate.
